Our Kick Boxercise Classes are open to anyone, from the very first beginners session, to those who have trained previously. Our classes are fantastic for losing weight and toning up, as well as improving your strength whilst enjoying no contact kick boxing. We have men and ladies from the age of 16 upto over 50's, with varied fitness levels!
