BOXING / FAMILY BOXING
Boxing is one of the best ways of working out, with all over body conditioning, building strength, endurance, balance, agility, and co-ordination and promoting wellbeing by building confidence and discipline. With all of these benefits and an exciting challenging workout, boxing is one of the most fun, enjoyable and beneficial ways of working out.
We offer Boxing Classes for adults and kids including the whole family in the same sessions, so don't let the kids stop you attending. You can work out with your child(s) or you can focus specifically on your own training whilst your child trains in their own age group class.
Kaos also host Charity Boxing Events. This involves 10 weeks of FREE training followed by a Boxing Match in the ring against a well matched, similar ability fighter. These events are hosted periodically throughout the year and are open to all fitness levels, no previous boxing is required. If you are looking to lose weight, gain confidence, get fit, tone up, learn to box or simply get in a ring and fight, let us know and we can keep you updated with future event dates and training sesssions.
